Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-room dining service by accurately delivering food and beverages and handling orders.
• Provide personalized guest service by greeting guests warmly and anticipating needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining areas and equipment.
• Deliver guest, daily, and Hale amenities per brand standards and coordinate with other departments.
• Process guest checks and room charges accurately according to procedures.
