Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking an In Room Dining Server to deliver restaurant-quality meals to guests in rooms and villas. You will describe menu items, anticipate needs, and coordinate with culinary teams to ensure seamless, memorable service in a luxury island resort.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of food service, and strong communication. The role requires physical stamina, weekend/holiday flexibility, and a passion for guest care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of food service, restaurant, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service
• Ability to carry and balance trays; work in varying weather

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms and villas with attention to quality, presentation and timeliness
• Describe menu items and ingredients with confidence and enthusiasm
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests for memorable service
• Set up, maintain, and clear In Room Dining tables, trays, and stations
• Process guest checks accurately and ensure transactions are completed properly
• Assist with order taking and preparation of small food items as needed
• Collaborate with culinary, stewarding, and Front of House teams for seamless service
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, service, and genuine care
