Job summary

Four Seasons Lanai is hiring a Dining Assistant for Sensei Lana'i, A Four Seasons Resort. You will help prepare dining settings, reset tables, and support service during busy periods, while upholding extraordinary guest experiences.

Legal work eligibility in the United States and Hawaii TB clearance are required, with Hawaii Food Handler’s Card preferred; Maui Liquor Card desired but not mandatory. The role offers an hourly wage of $18, with opportunities for growth, employee meals, and

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Availability seven days a week and 24 hours.
• Hawaii Health Dept TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Clear, sanitize, and reset dining tables with linens, silverware, condiments and glassware.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and restock beverages and supplies.
• Assist with opening/closing operations and side station setup.
• Support high-volume service periods and teamwork across staff.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee, tea and specialty beverages.
