Carvana is seeking Title and Registration Specialists to ensure smooth transfer of vehicle ownership for customers at our market location in New York. You will handle registrations, check documents, and interact with DMV offices to file paperwork, contributing to a seamless car buying journey.

Formación

• 1+ years of work experience in an administrative or data entry capacity.
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savviness: navigate multiple systems and learn new tools.
• Regular, consistent attendance in office; on-site role.

Responsabilidades

• Process, finalize and mail out customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with DMV and government licensing departments for in-person and online document handling.
• Update customer records to ensure up-to-date information.
• Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple databases.
• Maintain detailed notes within a customer tracking system.
