Job summary

Carvana is seeking Title and Registration Specialists to work in person at our Bridgeville location. You will handle registrations, verify documents and collaborate with state and county agencies to ensure accurate filings for customers’ vehicles.

We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $17 with clear growth: $18 at 6 months, $20 at 12 months (+12% yearly), and $24 at 24 months (+10% annual increases).

Qualifications

• 1+ years in administrative or data entry roles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to manage multiple information sources accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with multiple software systems and troubleshooting.
• Able to obtain notary license as needed.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluency.
• In-office attendance required; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize and mail registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with DMV and government offices in person.
• Update and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate with team across lines of business.
• Assist with customer follow-up.
• Input and retrieve data from databases.
• Maintain detailed notes in tracking system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
