Job summary

Carvana seeks detail-oriented Title and Registration Specialists to ensure smooth vehicle ownership transitions for customers in person at our market location in New Jersey. You will register vehicles, verify documents, and support a seamless car-buying journey.

Training pays at full-time hourly rate, with opportunities for overtime and advancement. Responsibilities include processing registrations, reviewing documents for accuracy, and coordinating with DMV and licensing agencies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative or data-entry experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple information sources with accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with multiple software systems and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize and mail out customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with state and county government licensing departments, in person and online, and file paperwork with agencies.
• Update customer records to ensure up-to-date information.
• Interact with team members across various lines of the business.
• Assist Specialists and other employees with customer follow-up.
• Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple internal and external databases.
• Maintain detailed notes within a customer tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
