Carvana is seeking Title and Registration Specialists to handle vehicle ownership transitions and registrations in person at our market location. The role involves document checks, DMV coordination, and data entry to support a smooth car-buying journey.

Starting at $19/hour with rapid earning potential, the position offers performance-based growth, overtime options, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of work in an administrative or data entry role.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to manage, organize and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savviness to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot.
• Notary ability based on state requirements as needed.
• English reading, writing, speaking and understanding required.

Aufgaben

• Process, finalize and mail customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with state/county licensing departments in person or online.
• Work closely with the local DMV to handle paperwork.
• Update customer records with current information.
• Input and retrieve data from multiple internal/external databases.
• Maintain notes in a customer tracking system.
• Assist specialists and teammates with customer follow-up.
• Other duties as assigned.
