Job summary

Alpaca Health in Texas (in person) seeks compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a BCBA‑provided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships with families each day.

Active RBT certification is preferred; if you’re not certified yet, we’ll help you pursue it. We offer mentoring from a dedicated BCBA, training reimbursement, and flexible full- or part-time schedules to fit client needs and

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or willingness to pursue one.
• Ability to work with kids with autism in home/school environments.
• Dependable and able to show up consistently.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavior plans provided by a BCBA and implement strategies.
• Collect data and track progress to support growth.
