Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will follow a BCBA's personalized plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress.

We value dependability, a passion for working with kids, and a path toward BCBA certification. If not certified yet, we’ll help you pursue certification while you work and grow within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and build consistent relationships with clients.
