Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships with clients. Your BCBA mentor will guide you from day one, not a manager.

You can start with active RBT certification or pursue it through us, and we offer full-time or part-time schedules with flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or a clear path to obtaining one will be provided.
• Ability to work with kids in homes, schools, and daycares.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities, following a BCBA plan and collecting data.
• Implement behavior strategies and build consistent relationships under BCBA mentorship.
• You may receive training and support toward your RBT certification and career growth.
