Job summary

Alpaca Health in Texas is seeking compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and other settings. You’ll follow a BCBA-led plan, collect data, and apply behavior strategies to help kids grow. The BCBA is closely involved and mentors you from day one.

We offer mentorship, team support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA certification, with pathways including training reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or plan to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• At least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent, and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-generated plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support kids' growth; BCBA mentor is accessible.
