A-1 Mechanical & Electric is seeking an HVAC Project Support Specialist in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time, in-person role coordinates installation projects, manages schedules, and communicates with customers and vendors to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC or construction project coordination, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, construction project coordination, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with sound judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC installation projects from scheduling through completion, managing timelines, milestones, and changing priorities.
• Communicate with customers, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and management to ensure projects stay on track.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and delays, proactively resolve issues, and support customer retention and new business opportunities.
