Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Las Vegas, NV to develop and maintain a client base, manage HVAC/Plumbing/process sales, and coordinate field labor with field leadership. The role emphasizes judgment, commitment, and involvement with the company’s business strategy.

The Senior Project Manager will lead contracts, estimates, and proposals, oversee project delivery from concept to completion, and drive successful job outcomes while maintaining strong client relations

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in estimating, design and/or management of HVAC projects.
• Ability to operate independently to achieve goals.
• Demonstrated integrity and leadership.
• Experience developing new business and managing client relations.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with business systems software (JDE, IFS, BidTracer, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC/plumbing/process sales and field labor needs across projects.
• Oversee contracts, estimates, proposals, and meetings to drive project completion.
• Forecast budgets and control costs within approved limits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate engineering, purchasing, accounting, construction, and service for timely project delivery.
• Mentor and recruit sales staff to support department growth.
