A-1 Mechanical & Electric is seeking an organized HVAC Project Support Specialist to coordinate installation projects from scheduling through completion. This in-person, office-based role requires proactive communication with customers, field personnel, and vendors to keep projects on track and maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, construction project coordination, administrative project support, or a related field.
• General knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC installation projects from scheduling through completion, managing timelines, milestones, and changing priorities.
• Communicate with customers, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and management to ensure projects stay on track.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and delays, proactively resolve issues, and support customer retention and new business opportunities.
