Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or client relations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong self-motivation to provide exceptional service by phone while directing technicians.
• Excellent organizational and appointment coordination skills.
• Clear listening and written/verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and manages HVAC installations with sales staff and customers.
• Answers client and customer questions through inbound and outbound calling.
• Addresses and resolves any issues with installations when they arise.
• Issues purchase orders and orders all equipment for upcoming installations.
• Pulls all necessary permits for installations.
• Inputs proper notes to keep installation technicians informed of job details.
• Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
