Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction background.
• 5+ years in HVAC, Controls, and Plumbing Project Management.
• 5+ years in large retrofit project management preferred.
• Strong scheduling, proposals, and coordination experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of the project.
• Prepares monthly financial forecasts and updates; ensures contract meets requirements and financial goals.
• Manages overall contract operations including turnover meetings, scope, schedule, customer relations, and cost control.
• Evaluates and ensures efficient operation of the project and controls expenses.
• Provides direction to staff and delegates major project assignments; coordinates with stakeholders.
