Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving needs through empathy and communication.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen attentively and ask questions to understand each customer's situation and needs.
• Guide customers to understand options and connect them with the right service or expert.
• Escort customers through their experience from arrival to hand-off with clarity and support.
• Reduce friction by answering questions, addressing concerns, and removing obstacles.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they received needed support and questions were answered.
