H&R Block is seeking aseasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Manchester to welcome clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations. This in-person role partners with tax professionals and requires availability evenings and weekends during tax season.

You will handle client check-in, document intake, and maintain a professional, confidential environment while contributing to a high-performing, client-centric team.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
