Job summary

EnviroPest (Anticimex) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service and create positive customer experiences. You will help customers by phone or email, answer questions about services, and coordinate appointments in person at our Tucson office.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer paid training, health and dental coverage, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1-year of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and problem solving-mindset
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy (mobile apps, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office)
• High school diploma (required)
• Bilingual a plus
