Job summary

RB Global in Lorain, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, answer inquiries, process payments and support sale day activities at our facility.

The role involves organizing documents, coordinating with multiple departments and customers, and ensuring accurate, timely information is provided. You will support safety practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
• A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
• Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
• You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you're needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize all keys and filing documents by internal coding system and by Lot number.
• Upload documents to the web for each sale.
• Communicate with departments and customers who sign up equipment for documents such as LOLC's and Purge Documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and promote safety among team and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
