RB Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lorain, Ohio to deliver exceptional service, handle inquiries, process payments, and support sale-day activities. You will organize documents, communicate with multiple departments, and assist bidders and customers with information about auxiliary services.

Formación

• Previous in-person customer service experience.
• Comfort with computers and learning new software.
• Strong data-entry and keyboarding skills.

Responsabilidades

• Organize keys and documents by internal coding system and by Lot number for each sale.
• Coordinate with departments and customers during sign-up and documentation needs.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Deliver superior customer service to all customers.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure team safety at work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
