Job summary

Pay-O-Matic CK Cashi is hiring a full-time CSR for our Medford, NY location. You will assist customers with transactions, open accounts, and promote our financial services in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and varying shifts. A positive, customer-oriented attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to customer needs.
• Process transactions: cashing checks, money transfers, bill payments, prepaid products.
• Open new customer accounts and issue cards.
• Ensure timely, courteous customer transactions.
• Maintain customer accounts with updated info.
• Stay knowledgeable about Payomatic products and services.
• Answer inquiries professionally.
• Promote Payomatic services to customers.
• Follow cash handling procedures and safety policies.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
