H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office in Cedar Falls, IA. You will greet clients, manage check-in, and support daily operations, collaborating with tax professionals to deliver a smooth client experience.

This in-person role requires strong communication, multitasking, and discretion with confidential information. Training, competitive pay, and benefits accompany opportunities to grow into tax prep or leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client service.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
