Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking aseasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Iowa. You will greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations as a friendly face of the office.

The role offers in-person engagement with tax professionals and opportunities to grow into tax preparation or leadership through training and hands-on experience. Availability for evenings and weekends during tax season is expected.

Responsibilities

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
Manage client check-in and intake, including document handling.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a professional client experience.
Collaborate with tax professionals and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and discretion.
