Qualifications

Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate and serve clients professionally.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
