H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office in Michigan. You will manage client check-in, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations alongside tax professionals.

This in-person role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks during busy tax season. Remote work is not offered for this position, and availability for evenings and weekends will help support our client base

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
