What You'll Be Doing: Making warm outbound calls (no cold calling) to people who have already shown interest. Following up with leads and setting appointments for our sales team. Creating positive first impressions and building quick connections. Being part of a fun, energetic, and structured office culture. Learning to communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy. What you’ll be doing

• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$72K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $108K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
