Job summary

You'll coordinate parts availability, support technicians, manage service orders, and work with internal teams to resolve questions, always prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years in customer service, parts, operations, or a similar role preferred.
• Technical school or college education is a plus.
• Experience with parts ordering, purchase orders, or invoicing is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, maintain accurate records, and use Microsoft Office/business systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep parts and service moving; coordinate parts availability, orders, and deliveries while supporting technicians and service teams with information and resources.
• Be the go-to support for your team; respond to internal requests and troubleshoot order/service questions.
• Own the details; assist with parts and service orders, purchase orders, invoicing, quotes, and recordkeeping; follow up on open requests.
