Job summary

Sammons Industrial, LLC is hiring a Service Advisor/Dispatcher to coordinate and dispatch service technicians on-site in Tupelo, MS. You will manage work orders, quotes, and invoicing while ensuring timely communication with customers and teams across Sales, Parts, and Rentals.

The role requires strong organization and customer-service skills with 5+ years in related fields, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and service-system tools. Eligible employees gain ESOP, 401(k), and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical school or college education a plus.
• 5+ years in customer service, operations, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on skills, availability, and customer needs.
• Manage service work orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and maintenance agreements.
• Monitor technician productivity and service performance to improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to deliver a great service experience.
