Sammons Industrial is a family of employee-owned businesses delivering trusted industrial solutions. We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to connect customers with service technicians, ensuring smooth, timely service experiences on-site in Tupelo, MS.

You will coordinate dispatch, manage service work orders, quotes, invoicing, and maintenance agreements, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive efficiency and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on skills, availability, and customer needs while keeping everyone informed on schedules, repairs, and progress.
• Manage service work orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and maintenance agreements to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor technician productivity, service performance, and open repair orders while partnering with leadership to improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and teams across Sales, Parts, and Rental to solve problems, support service opportunities, and deliver a great experience.
