Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a RECRUITING COORDINATOR in Plano, TX. This CONTRACT role offers potential to go permanent and requires 100% in-office work in the Dallas area.

You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting administration, coordinating high-volume screens and onsite interviews across multiple teams while serving as the go-to contact for candidates throughout the process. Local pay range will be disclosed per policy and discretionary bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR administration, or fast-paced corporate support experience.
• Workday experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars with strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications and recruiting administration.
• Coordinate high-volume phone screens, virtual and onsite interviews across teams.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Handle interview logistics, calendars, links, onsite details and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information.
