Responsibilities

• Post open positions in ATS and coordinate postings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft accurate job descriptions.
• Maintain candidate records and track progress in ATS.
• Review applications and conduct virtual pre-screen interviews.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in in-person interviews as needed.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
