Job summary

Georg Fischer LLC in Texas is seeking an order management professional to process orders, monitor deliveries and coordinate customer communications. You will handle EDI and non-EDI orders and use SAP for tracking and releases.

The role requires strong Excel and Office skills, plus experience in back-office processes. Office-based Monday–Friday with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in order management or customer service.
• Decent SCM/back-office experience in a technical industry.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM (MS Dynamics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process order administration for EDI and non-EDI orders, including entry and logistics.
• Advise customers/suppliers/transport on orders, shortages, delivery dates and price changes.
• Monitor backorder releases and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports on customer inquiries, sales trends, complaints and returns.
• Coordinate complaint handling and returns in SAP.
• Resolve order issues and processing errors.
