Qualifications

• Experience in operations or manufacturing preferred, with knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Process all order entry and logistics activities for efficient order administration (EDI and non-EDI).
• Check open orders, article availability, customer notes, monitor delivery times, and send delivery confirmations.
• Advise customers, suppliers, and transporters about orders, shortages, delivery dates, price changes, and deviations via email/phone.
• Monitor backorder releases, check availability, merge orders if needed, set delivery dates, and confirm releases.
• Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors, prepare reports on inquiries, trends, complaints and returns.
