Georg Fischer Ltd. in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to process customer orders accurately using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP.

This on-site role focuses on timely fulfillment, updating customers, and resolving basic discrepancies with cross-functional teams. You will handle order entry, processing, returns, and complaints while maintaining high data integrity and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and processing.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Dynamics) and order management workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Process all order entry and logistics activities for both EDI and non-EDI orders.
• Monitor open orders, article availability, delivery times, and confirm deliveries.
• Communicate order status, shortages, and delivery dates to customers and suppliers.
• Manage returns and complaints; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports on inquiries, sales trends, and delivery problems.
