Georg Fischer is seeking an Order Management Specialist, Level I, to accurately process customer orders and track interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will work closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to support timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing requests in SAP, verifying pricing and delivery timelines, and communicating updates to customers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year in order management, customer service, or admin support.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and Microsoft Office apps.

Aufgaben

• Process customer requests and orders in SAP and track all interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Verify order details, including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, shipping updates, and inquiries, logging interactions in Dynamics.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Identify and optimize order handling processes; assist with reports and documentation.
• All other duties as assigned.
