A leading credit union in Colorado is seeking a Full-Time Call Center-Member Service Representative to provide outstanding service and assist members with inquiries. This in-office role includes mandatory paid training and requires availability Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $18.75 to $23.48 per hour. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and experience in a similar environment.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months experience in customer service preferred.
• Inbound phone experience preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in inbound phone and financial services required for Call Center II.

Aufgaben

• Accurately process member requests through incoming calls.
• Meet member needs through maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services available.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of position.

Strong Customer Service focus

Proficient computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Word and Office

Strong communication skills

Sales experience
