Qualifications

• Minimum formal qualifications: High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
• 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery.
• PREFERRED: 6+ months Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior member service through accurate, professional face-to-face interactions and basic monetary transactions.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering deposit, lending, cards, investments, and business banking products.
• Adhere to Credit Union policies, procedures, and financial regulations including BSA/CFPB.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in all transactions and customer communications.
