Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will prepare tax returns, offer expert guidance, and support clients in person and online at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work closely with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience and driving local growth through community outreach and referrals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
