Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals for the TurboTax Local Service Expert role. Onsite at a TurboTax location, you will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes through personalized tax strategies and planning.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 individual returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Experience with complex tax scenarios including business income and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for comprehensive service.
