Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at local TurboTax offices. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to build a complete financial picture.

You’ll work onsite, engage with the community, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class experience using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, min 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and marketing support.
• Coordinate with teams delivering bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services for clients.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in client meetings and virtual interactions.
