Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a new TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice while collaborating with a team of specialists across tax and advisory services.

You’ll help grow the local client base and serve as the local face of TurboTax, delivering end-to-end experiences and referral networks. This on-site role requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset to navigate

Qualifications

• Active PTIN holder to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax locations (20+ hours/week).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and ensure ongoing client relationships.
