Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and work on-site with a collaborative team of financial experts to serve in-person and virtual clients.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, and delivering an exceptional customer experience using

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
