Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work on-site with a team of financial specialists, assisting both in-person and virtual clients to understand their complete financial picture.

The role emphasizes building local client relationships, offering holistic advisory services, and leveraging Intuit tools to expand community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week; hours may scale up during peak tax season.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms; may need to wear name for advertising.
• Interested in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; content creation compliant with policy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as needed.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and remote interactions using TurboTax tools.
