Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation at local TurboTax offices. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, delivering comprehensive tax planning and software support while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community events, and promote Intuit solutions to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll or advisory services
• Onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds
• Grow local client base through outreach and events
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional demeanor
