Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at local TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will work with clients face-to-face and virtually, expanding Intuit’s ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services while building long-term client relationships. Role emphasizes community outreach, onboarding new clients, and delivering exceptional service during tax season and beyond.

Competenze

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships.
• Bridge clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
