You will provide full-service tax return preparation, connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem, and grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships.

The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and delivering a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience while meeting hours and onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer integrated services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
