Responsibilities include processing applications, pre-qualifying prospects, managing payments and notices, coordinating maintenance, and contributing to community engagement while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in property/hospitality a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
