Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Resident Specialist to deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members at the property site. You will show and lease apartments, assist in the moving process, and provide administrative support to the Community/Services Maintenance Manager.

Candidates with Section 8 LIHTC experience are preferred. The role requires five days in office each week and involves clerical duties, market surveys, and coordination with the maintenance team to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service exp. in property/hotel/retail or sales.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Show and lease apartments; process applications and approvals.
• Schedule in-person visits and coordinate maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain records and prepare certifications/leases; handle administrative tasks.
