Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Monitor leasing reports and provide pricing recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures.
• Enter data accurately in Entrata and maintain timely follow-up.
• Coordinate tours, leads, and move-in activities.
• Oversee guest cards, market surveys, and marketing calendars.
• Maintain regular social media updates for the property.
• Coordinate renewal activities and community events.
• Manage time effectively and support corporate projects as needed.
